Welcome Steven Dailey, MD, Orthopedic Joint Replacement Specialist

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center of Oregon is proud to welcome Steven Dailey, MD, who will begin seeing patients on August 3, 2026.

Helping Patients Get Their Lives Back

For Dr. Dailey, joint replacement surgery is about much more than relieving pain—it’s about helping people get their lives back.

“Pain can affect nearly every aspect of life,” says Dr. Dailey. “When patients can return to work, enjoy time with family, sleep comfortably, or get back to the activities they love, that’s incredibly rewarding.”

Dr. Dailey specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery, including anterior total hip replacement, partial knee replacement, total knee replacement, and revision joint replacement. He completed fellowship training in adult reconstruction at Johns Hopkins University and is committed to utilizing modern techniques and technology to maximize outcomes while minimizing risk for his patients.

His approach centers on education, attention to detail, and individualized treatment plans. He understands that joint replacement is a major decision and works closely with each patient to develop a treatment strategy that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and expectations.

An Oregon Native Returns Home

An Oregon native, Dr. Dailey grew up in Molalla and was a state champion wrestler before competing at Portland State University. After medical training and fellowship opportunities across the country, he and his wife, Kelli, were excited to return home to Oregon to raise their family.

“We love this state and its people,” says Dr. Dailey.

Beyond Orthopedics

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Dailey enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, their children, Lana and Luca, and Finn, the family’s corgi.

He’s also a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, coaches youth wrestling, and isn’t afraid to grab a microphone for karaoke night.
